Siberian Larch is well known for its contrasting and uniform grain, which shows the clear annual growth rings of the tree.

The timber itself is a pale creamy colour with little variation from piece to piece from the same tree.

Due to the harsh environment that Siberian larch is grown in, the timber is very durable which makes it suitable for outdoor use as cladding or decking.

The timber is stable enough to be machined or sawn to a profile (most profiles require the timber to be machined). We provide the wood untreated and recommend that you treat it once you receive it. The benefit of treating your timber is increasing its lifespan.
